The next day was slightly lower humidity, only 55%.  I did add silk and those bars did turn out better.  EZ Temper for life! 

 

My skills get enough practice at my side gig where I have to try to temper super thick milk chocolate cookie chips :/  I add a lot of cocoa butter ...
