Manakish breads (مناقيش).

Zaatar and olive oil.
Butter and dukkah (toasted coriander, sesame, cumin, peanut).

Thin layer of tomato sauce with sumac, bharat and feta cheese.

Served with labneh, salad, olives, chickpeas with tahini.
