Sigh.  It literally did not occur to me to read the ingredients!!  I figured it was a lye-alternative:  "SAFE FOR ALUMINUM"

 

!?

 

Oh, well.  I guess I should've left the skillet . . . carbon-on.

 

We'll see how it cook up, rusticplus charm and all.
