My Favorite...is spring roll!! 

 

But I like to use it as a degestivio...shredded diakon and shredded carrots  wrap and dip in spicy sauce or  soy based dipping sauce

 

I seen a recipe where they just steamed it   and ate it  (  steamed perilla )
