this is where I grew up.  in  a very different time.   Kirks  on ElCamino  started in 1948   it was a great treat to go their from time to time in the mid'50s and beyond.

 

there were dirt roads everywhere and world class apricot orchards on every bodies land.

 

times change.  this is not a complaint.
