Today in the mail I received a package from my Uncle in Puerto Rico. It contained a bottle of Ron Del Barrilito 3 Estrellas, some street vendor pork rinds and some Pan Pacheco, which is a local bread. He had promised to send me a bottle last July when he visited. Better late than never.

What a great gift! I look forward to sipping the family favorite.

I am definitely going to have to send him a thank you note!
