Seeking Chef plus for New York event in September

Causa Artium is a NYC 501©(3) public arts nonprofit.

We're beginning a series of culinary recreation events with an Evening in Imperial Rome.

 

We already have the leading experts on the conduct of Roman dining and the leading expert on Roman cuisine and preparation on board.  There's been a ton of research already done, including food sourcing.  And the food will be quite unusual.

It's going to be a fascinating and amazing event.

 

We're looking for a chef interested in some excellent PR and in learning a rather different way of cooking.  Also, we're new to this ourselves, so any advice or concrete help will be appreciated!

 

We're also looking for appropriate Manhattan venues for this - we aim to have this all settled in the next week or so.  Preferably a space on good terms, ideally (we're not expecting it, but it does happened) offered as a tax-exempt donation.

 

We're talking about 120 to 200 people.  It's planned for mid-September.
