I'd strongly suggest L'Arpège Alain Passard's place. He does some very interesting things.

We can list all Parisian three stars and none of them sucks. But why don't you tell us what you like/expect? Also what you liked/disliked about Savoy and Gagnaire.

I argued herethat the three best foods were at l'Arpège, l'Ambroisie and Gagnaire and they are generally acknowledged as the best among the three stars, but that's a meaningless hierarchy if it does not meet your preferences.
