Im going to get a Decent Dog

 

an OK Bun

 

some red onion I finely chop . 

 

and perhaps place that chop in ice water 

 

then pat dry

 

some mustard

 

and a fierce charcoal grill  

 

for the crispy snap of the Dog  

 

and a Local Ice Cold Beer
