Perhaps you've seen the second episode of the fabulous baker Brothers (BBC)

If you have and are keen on knives, pause and look that the knife used.

it has Chinese or Japanese script on the side.

any way Id very much like to know what this knife is.

no it was steel as far as i can tell. Ill take a look at sur le table and william sonoma as they have in the cats. some japanese knives, maybe Ill see the inscription. who ever makes this the inscription with out bing able to read it will give it awau.
