I was wondering if anybody has any feedback or experiences with Saigon Cooking Class at Hoa Tuc?

Saigon cooking class

I am going on a trip to Vietnam next March for my honeymoon. My wife was interested into taking a cooking class. My other option would be a class at the Metropole in Hanoi since we will be staying there.

Any suggestions are more than welcome.
