Do you mean you want the recipe for the dressing for your saiso salad, such as:

Vinegar + soy sauce + sesame seed oil (1:1:0.5)

Soy sauce + citrus juice + dashi (1:1:1)

there are so many kinds, its all to personal taste. id been doing cukes + goma dare but wanted to try other ones.

i will definitely try both the ones you suggest and report back.

Although it's winter, I seem to get boxes of big hothouse tomatoes at a good price...1-2 of these skinned in boiling water, sliced up and sprinkled with the kaisou salad mix.

When the seaweeds have absorbed enough moisture from the tomato add sprigs of broccoli if liked, and a sesame dressing (I don't use the vinegar, as the tomato is fresh enough for a winter salad - so just a dash of soy, sesame oil, sesame seeds).
