Plantation Tea

  • 12 family sized tea bags (or enough for 3.5 gallons of tea)
  • 3 bunches of mint leaves
  • 3 c of sugar
  • 2 c lemon juice
  • 1 qt Pineapple juice
  • 4 l of Ginger ale

Boil 3.5 gallons water

Add the tea, mint and sugar

Allow to steep for 30 minutes

Remove bags and leaves

Refrigerate

Just before serving, add lemon juice, pineapple juice, and ginger ale

Pour over ice

Enjoy
