I don't think he acted like a properly trained chef at all. He was childish and his recipes were all outdated and gross.

Then we have different tastes, m'dear. I'm not adverse to changing an "old" recipe, but we can't throw out the old in the name of the "new". There has to be a reason the recipes lasted so long.
