Society member HJShorter makes an appearance in today's Washington Post Food section, discussing her new small pickle business, one with a limited production but which is already reaching some of the region's best chefs.  The article is here.

Heather will also be on-line discussing pickling and, possibly, alternative music (ask her about Nick Cave) at 1PM Eastern today (Wednesday, 8/27) on the Post's "Free Range" discussion.
