hard to get a reservation?

Hi everyone,

I'm going to be in Barcelona for the next couple of months, and I'm trying to make some dinner reservations for around Sep 12-17, when family is visiting. Most of the restaurants I'm trying for (Abac, Hisop, Cinc Sentits) are closed for the month of August. How hard is it to get a reservation at these places? If I call them when they reopen ~ Sep 1st, do you think I'll be alright?
