i have bought a cotton candy machine for the restaurant,is it possible to store cotton candy?if so how?

you can probably store it in a plastic bag

The issue is that spun sugar is hygroscopic (ie attracts moisture from the air) and that limits your storage. A plastic bag will help but if you could vacuum seal it in a ridged canister like this you could probably keep it almost indefinately.
