This event has been moved to April.  I'll post details when I learn more.

We have a story on our web site, in print edition tomorrow. Jim Early says that April date was premature. As it stands, the festival is postponed until sometime in 2008, but he doesn't know when. However, Viva, there is the Lexington barbecue festival in late October.

Who is to blame for this stand off? Eastern NC barbecue or Western NC barbecue? Will they ever sit across the picnic table from each other? Is cole slaw the issue? Corn Sticks v. Corn Bread?
