eat a potato pancake at the konstablerwacht market (sp?) and also a crisp thing juicy wurst there too, the kind that comes with a slab of sour dark bread.

eat frankfurter green sauce with potatoes wherever you can find it, and try a creamy onion soup that i found a few places.

also, of course: herring. herring on buttered rolls. heaven.
