Had a lovely Lamb roast last Sunday, so today it's Sheppard's pie for dinner.

Umm, I did a thing.. Left over Spag Bol. into the pan on top of parmesan cheese. cook then grill with cheese on top and peperoni. It worked.

Whopping wiener schnitzel for dinner. Yum.

Sunday roast. Mmmm.😊

Banger and mash.

Keeping it simple with Quiche fondant potato and peas.

Lovely Lamb shanks, creamy mash with a red wine tomato sauce.

Lamb chop, yorkshire pudding, gravy and peas.

Home made corn tortilla's. Finally got to use my cast iron press. Tacos De Pollo.

Chicken and creamy mushroom masala sauce. yum.

A yummy steak sanga. Or should I say a Toasted steak sandwich.

bachelors dinner. I found some chicken tenders in the freezer so I spiced and crumbed them, added some potato and realized that I have been craving a caeser salad. I did what I could with what I had.

Cheese burger night.

Chicken soup for chilly weather and the last of the loaf baked earlier in the week.
