    Risotto

Sometimes(especially in food) faster and more convenient is not the best option. I worked a lot on my risotto with the help of a friend. I will use the old school methods Cake eater

Such an amazing thread Great job everyone, you are all constant source of inspiration Had some leftovers from our Thanksgiving and decided to try a recipe from "Dinners, Drive-ins, and Dives" Take your leftover turkey, mashed potatoes and stuffing. Lighty mix, form balls and dip in your favorite beer batter. Deep fry @ 350 til golden brown and served with your leftover gravy Very tasty Shane
  17. Slkinsey I am going out to buy some ranch dressing right now Very well written Shane
  18. Now you have me very curious as to when this trend started. My first memory of dipping sauces, was when a local pizza chain would sell strips of crust (Crazy bread), with some different sauces. We would use the sauces for pizza too. That is 20+ years ago. Shane

  23. Hey Oliver You can just cook them till the bacon is done to your preference. I sometimes cook them a little higher, around 350/375 on raised grid, when I am in a hurry and they still taste awsome Shane
