here is what Ive heard from DARTO re the CSO and the # 27 : " Paella handle to handle is 32 cm but i Think that if a dish 27 cm can get in. If you put the paella no.27 in diagonal will get in. " in my book : 32 cm's = 12.6 " I thin this might fit !

@Hassouni You Betcha ! the store in your area thought we were a Cabal ! we were both on the phone at the same time. the Texas pan is fine. these are heavier and better if you like the feel of " substantial " they do require care , and why not ? your food will taste the same w that TX pan but your will very much enjoy these pans a bit more. don't have a Cuisinart Stream Oven so sad I am "" Ill be drinking early today " W.C.Fields every afternoon he got out of bed

@blue_dolphin Kudos your way I had not thought about the CSO for the paella pans. Im wondering if even the # 27 might fit. Ill email them and ask for the dimensions from the handles.

Yikes ! they both fit in the CSO ? handles included ? looks to me that the #25 might , if a a bit of an off set or not !

@HungryChris no paella pan ? Im very close to getting the new # 25 and the paella # 25 Im justifying this as Ill pretend the new #25 is halfway between my old 25 and old 27 ! in cooking area. I do not have a paella pan How can this be possible ? cheers

# 25 and # 27. the # 27 will require some Working-Out at the gym. if its the same weight as my over version of # 27 on the other hand , once you season it properly and use it frequently you can cancel you gym membership and put some of those savings into making some M.R. I have the older # 25 and # 27 i might be the new #25 but hardly need it. hoping they are of the same quality as in the past. those paella pans look very very tempting. I donut have any of those
