@Kim Shook Congratulations , Mr. Kim ! ' But WHY do restaurants do this? ' they foil ' keeps ' the potatoes from drying out and be kept warm . add to the delicious gumminess . your baked potato was bakes hours ahead and kept warm in that foil go for the Home Fries.

What is that Bombay gin like , compared to Blue Sapphire ? Im not a big gin drinker but I have BBS. here there is a BBS-East : its a bit more ' floral ' but Im no expert. your version hasn't made it here ( yet ? ) or maybe its just a different bottle ! P.S.: on to[p of your G&T is this : is that a lemon ? a cocoon ? -
@scamhi very nice looking steak Ive seen this technique several times on some CookngShows w people who I respect as ' chefs // cooks ' none of them mention if the charcoal residue is brushed off . what do you do after removing the steak from the coals ?

@Duvel if you are able to take pics in markets and the like as you have w the bread etc Is appreciate it. only w safety first I lived in Spain and France for several years '50's and early '60's place like the town you are in extremely common. back then , not so much of the colorful paint and signs. BTW wise move to avoid Barcelona as a tourist this trip. -

@gfweb grew up w several varieties of peach trees in the yard nothing like fully ripe right off the tree nice.

one thing about E.M.'s from USA or HK : cut them w a knife : you get a certain result. use a fork , and go around and pry them open that way you get a different result , using the same pack // batch

@Shelby indeed juice running down the arm is is a major feature of Ripe I grew up in CA the peaches I picked from our yard and ate on the spot , did sometimes ru down the arm !

@Anna N thanks. that's what I wanted to know. I assume you have the larger 6 qt ( 5.7 ) Im wondering if the space savings and wt might make the 3.7 qt more attreraqctive for occasional use ; Tots , Fryes ( Fz and from scratch ) chicken wings.
