    Good old egg and avocado toast. I dressed the avocado with some of my silken tofu ranch and finished with everything seasoning and sriracha.

    My girl requested a thing off the TV again… a contestant on the barbecue show made a prosciutto wrapped chicken with mushroom duxelles (yes a bbq show🤔) So another example of “oh, you want to eat that thing on TV?”

  10. Long time no see everyone! Winter time! 12 hour wagyu beef and berkshire pork belly, roasted garlic farro, smoked ham and pork-beef demiglace.
  11. Just had Byron's and it was delicious! Oak smoke is quickly becoming my favorite type down here.
  12. Been too long since I've posted. AMAZING stuff everyone! I haven't been using my smoker enough so... Baby backs, smoked maple beans, collards and mac n cheese. My roommates are spoiled. Yeah... time to sleep...

  18. Been a challenging couple of months in life but I'm back. I did a dinner for friends last night but all I took a picture of was the first course. Girlfriend loves breakfast so it's caramelized onion cream out of a isi whipper, quail eggs, dried iberico and some honey oats. Figured those were breakfast flavors. Good to be back!
  19. Damn dcarch beat me too it with the new articles. I'd have to say 3D printing food is going to be the latest greatest thing especially for astronauts. And this is for Jason Perlow. Yes, that is me using a 3D printer...
  20. mm - I can't believe you had such a bummer meal at 2 of his places. It always blows my mind when a Michelin starred spot it completely underwhelming. Maybe when spots think they can do no wrong they get a little lazy. Need to have a star taken away to light a fire under their ass. Edit: -Salmon season is in full swing and that looks awesome.

  23. Costa Rica, Yeah man, it's just bland here. I always think that a country is much more happy when they're eating their great local cuisine but here...They're super happy and eat crap all day. Puzzling and can't wait to get back to the states. It's been a real eye-opener in terms of how spoiled I am in California with ingredients. Spring is here!
