Last dinner in this house before the move tomorrow! Pork chop and potatoes, made the in the Speedi and corn.

Frozen, a little more kick to it than Panda, but not too spicy. I believe it may be Crazy Cuizine brand.

Costco.

Orange chicken, cooked on normal air fryer mode. I cooked the rice earlier in the day. Finally have the water to rice ratio where I like it: 1.25 parts of water to 1 part of rice (by volume), 15 minutes on steam. And today Costco had the Speedi for just $99.

Getting wings down! From frozen, 22 minutes total, flip with 10 minutes to go, BBQ sauce for the last two minutes. Steam crisp at 450F. I had the rack at the high position for the past cooks but realized the manual wanted it in the lower position. So that's what this one was.

Just a note. They are staging our house for sale so the kitchen has been stripped to the bone and we have to keep it pristine at least until pictures and the first set of open houses. So no cooking for a while!

After a few days of nice warm weather it got cold and rainy, so chicken noodle soup! Chicken, stock, egg noodles, carrots, peas, corn, celery, onion and spinach.

Saw on Facebook (but not confirmed in person) that Costco has these back on sale again at $119. The Costco version has two extra functions - keep warm and reheat buttons.

Appears to be where it had the best contact with the crisper tray so not much air circulation there.

Another thick pork chop from frozen, this time at 360F for 20 minutes with 3/4 cup of water. Came out much juicier and pretty impressive from frozen. I also decided to try making Brussels sprouts at the same time in the bottom. They came out very good, but I wasn't expecting them to be roasted. I guess that happens when the water is gone and there's no buffer like rice. But the pork drippings gave them a nice flavor, so it was a win all around.

Tried a thick pork loin chop from frozen. Steam crisp for 20 minutes, flipped half-way through. Came out pretty good, perfect in the very center but a bit dry at the edges. I used their recommended settings of 375F for 20 minutes. I will try it a bit lower temp for the same timing and see if that turns out better.

I used to make mushrooms like this. Just used butter and cream sherry and garlic.

Tried wings again, this time for 3 minutes after applying BBQ sauce (22 minutes total). 3 is too much time, so back to two minutes it is!
