I'm happy to report that yes, it did, although it took me until this past week to find the courage to plug it in. It worked on fish and again on pork tenderloin. I do have a back-up but I prefer using the anova. It isn't as bulky.

I just finished reading the reviews. They are hilarious. I read a review by Giles Coren once that had me in stitches, but it was a long time ago and I don't remember the name of the restaurant. It was so funny I remember I read it several times.

Spectacular. I am loving your posts and your pictures. Two friends of mine used to go on yearly visits to Hydra and loved it. Unfortunately for me, they never took pictures! -

I have one of those but I never use the red thing. The debris rinses right out. Best garlic press I've ever had.
