The quality o the ground meat as with anything impacts. I only buy it at Chinese butcher case where turn over is high. Weinoo's source quite nice.

But snails are more texture not taste. I posted this long ago My favorite Madeleine Kamman story is from When French Women Cook. She was living in Paris with her grandmother. She was quite young. The live snails had been put into a clay pot and covered with a weighted plate to force them to "build their window".: "One boring Sunday afternoon I succumbed to the temptation to remove the weight. By 7 o'clock when we came back from some venture the walls were decorated with the visible trails of climbing snails. I got spanked, hated live snails forever for doing me in, and felt vindicated when they appeared in soups or sizzling in pastry shells"

gulping would make ya cough I think. Maybe it enabled play with edibles versus that time o rules.

My use o word has nothing to do with dietary constraints. It is what my Viennese Jewish stepmom, Catholic Croatian dad, and Donau Swabians I grew up with use. Regardless - love horseradish, This discussion got the old ones reminiscing about their moms crying as they grated the root. Love cultural connections - you guys are cool

ha I'd misplaced that word - Chrain. Asked stepmom what word she used 4 horseradish and she'was stumped - then ancient dad shouted "Krehn"

Do share pics. My Khaki Campbell laid the prettiest color eggs. Husband took them to work and the ladies - Southern= loved to bake with them and share their classics. He building their clean rooms and they as aerospace techs - topic o conversation - duck eggs.

The Persian and Halal markets near me have a great selection olives and salty style cheeses. It all works together with the pita they sell. Lovely herbs and tomatoes - all good

I don't hate the taste even o green, but they hate me. Even the smell o green makes me queasy; Red ripe I do like but I don't want to experience them or hours. I buy this and eat but it still has a more tempered repeat experience on me. https://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2013/09/ajvar-serbian-roasted-red-pepper-sauce-recipe.html

I kinda remember it - like this? Kids like to lick and dip the candy stick into the candy powder! Lik-m-aid® Fun Dip™ is a fun choice for party treat bags and a sweet way to reward kids, too.

Packets tend to be seaweed which is great but not much miso. Also leek or green onion has more complexity. Parsley sprites things up - Italian please. Also acid at service - vinegars, lemon
-
As a minimal dish person who also likes the browning chop onion, garlic - onto piece o Reynolds and into toaster oven. phish sauce, soy, sauce, chicken powder and bean pastes like miso add depth. You can also broil the cabbage a bit. I won't get into diet philosophies but even WW advocates inclusion o phat. Personally do not like tomato w/ cabbage. I do like sharp mustard with cabbage. Pretty annoying video host and the salt phobia irks me. This was so so popular number years ago. Like get rich quick schemes...not a long hauler

Oh and the magic that is meringue cookies has been a mainstay since childhood. Yolks in citrus curd. In general I want to really taste "egg" - so an eggy mayo is my mayo loving choice.

I twitch when low on eggs. The line at pharmers market is crazy re eggs. They put up pics o the girls and tell stories while we wait. Any style in the a.m. keeps me going hours into day. On a bad day a simple egg salad is soothing in the evening. Egg sandwiches were my Harriet the Spy almost daily as a very young kid. And when nothing appeals re dinner - something shakshuka like works. um yes keyboard issue persists- but improving.
