  7. I have not seen that cream v. milk in recent marketing. Chaokoh is the most common brand here. not going into PETA issues It usually has about a third or so solid layer on top. You are going to crack it anyway with the spice paste. I usually scoop the solid cream to heat with paste and add the liquid back in later,
  8. Yes step mom's Sultze is very vinegary. She adds even more when eating. Always in a glass dish in icebox so the quivery mass & vinegar hit you as you open the door. Kinda why I never ventured to this https://www.saveur.com/article/Recipes/Ham-and-Parsley-Terrine/

Nothing green for spring? Goood plan though!
  20. Remind us where you are? The Asian markets here are a source but guess that does not work for you. Also 4H agricultura clubs cull domesticated bunns as part of the "cycle of life teaching". And just to make you nostalgic a shot of some local wild fennel on a horse trail here in L.A. I lke idea of fennel w/ rabbit.

  23. Are you matching dredge seasoning to sauce for grits? I am not a GRITS girl or a grits lover so no experience. Looking forward to your take.
