I LOVE food. Eating it, cooking and baking it, reading about it, and learning more and more about it from all of you knowlegable folks out there in the cyberworld.

I am a pretty good cook, at least for my age (25) and training level (non really....just learned from observing mom, grandma(s), reading about it, watching it on TV, and experimenting with it everyday.

I have a special place in my heart for cheese...ALL kinds. I suppose you could say I hold a special love for goats varieties, as well as creamy/oozey cows milks (the really stinky ones....mmmm).
