About Me
I grew up in Los Angeles with parents of Mexican and Bolivian heritage. Spent time growing up in Mexico and Japan. College educated in Psychology, before getting a degree from LATTC in Culinary Arts(thanks Chef Gio) and doing and externship in Spain at M. Beresategui. Currently work as a Chef in the LA area
