this is a great place to take your friends at 3 am when everything else is not an option

we've had the spanish edition for a few weeks and it is really helpful, these guys did alot of research and it shows.... we love our immersion circulators, they are so accurate and save so much space, I would say 50 percent of our food is cooked sous vide

we are using ln2 on a daily basis, we have been using it for about 6 months and now we can't live without it in the kitchen.......we have produced ice cream that is hot and cold at the same time using the ln2.......cold on the outside and hot on the inside.......we also are doing cocktails spheres that are liquid in the center and frozen on the outside........

the ginger was grated and the juice was used to flavor the beef with a1......also I saw another table get the same treatment for their snapper dish... we did the tour in a little over 5 hours....... i have to admit.....I would've had trouble sitting there for 7.5 hours, or anywhere for that matter........ the bison dish was fun you could smell it all over the restaurant and the flavors were fantastic, the tube was glass I guess I don't need to post pics now...nice job yellow truffle seaninnashville

we thought it was humorous as well......it was very noticable, i don't think anyone cared though......i thought it was cool that charlie said he can't wait to still grant's ideas...........
