I was going to add my vote for Corelle too! I used it for years and it holds up great. I just got a set of Corelle Square plates that match my other white Corelle so I can mix and match it.

I've have porcelain chipped within days. :biggrin:

Practice. Do it over. Get it right.

Mostly, I want people to be as happy eating my food as I am cooking it.
