Ikea over-counter cabinets with spice bottles on stair-step shelves. White bins above hold bulk spices and dried chiles. Bins for dedicated Indian or SE Asian spices are in another cabinet.
Originally we just used wood blocks to hold up the stair-step shelves, but apparently I drilled extra holes for shelf pegs. Must have been some time ago because I don't actually remember doing that.
