Mark, behave!!!!! Now be useful and give me some suggestions for a reasonably priced champagne that is very yeasty and full bodied....

My thanks to all who responded to the thread and by messaging. With the help of you all we found a chef for NYE who we feel is going to be outstanding.

Go to Arrowine and ask for Champagne Egly-Ouriet. It'll knock you out! They have several cuvees.
