I like what Andiesenji and Auntdot said... overcook a portion separately for the poor confused souls.

Anthony Bourdain mentioned the microwaving to well-done in Kitchen Confidential. However, I have strong moral objections to placing USDA Prime graded beef in the microwave (it was even difficult for me to type that).

Buy some cheap steaks for the well-done folk and make a proper prime rib. In my house they would have to cook their own. On flaming not burned down charcoal in the rain. Oh wait that's my family. :raz::raz::raz::raz::biggrin:
