Wine for the Geminid Shower

Rebel Rose

Recommended Posts

Tonight, Sunday, is the peak of the Geminid meteor shower.

We will be outside tonight at 10 pm Pacific time, cuddled up in a blanket (or two) with a glass of either our Bordeaux blend, or the syrah port. And Dan sometimes pulls out something from the personal cellar for stargazing. (I may also wander outside at 4 am for the peak viewing of up to 120 meteors per hour, as that is when our deaf cat always wants out! He may be deaf, but he can apparently read the clock.)

Anyone else planning a late night stargazing moment?

:jealous: Here in West Michigan there's a winter storm warning for tonight. Otherwise we'd break out a bottle of Steele Shooting Star Pinot Noir.

Something sparkling if the fog and overcast ever lifts and we see stars again.
