SEATTLE, March 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Holland America Line announced today that, as part of its Signature of Excellence initiative, the leader in premium

cruising will shake things up across its entire fleet of five-star ships with a new mixology program designed to provide guests with innovative cocktail options from around the world, as well as carefully crafted, fresh interpretations of classic cocktail favorites.

Bravo! Someone is getting the "freshest ingredients" are the center of an excellent cocktail.:cool:

Here are four of their cocktail approaches:

  • Refreshing Tropical Specialties
  • Unique Citrus Signatures
  • Sophisticated Retro Favorites
  • Sunny Poolside Delights

The only thing disappointing with this press release -- not giving credit where credit is due. Which leading mixologist did they work with to come to these decisions? I'm sure I can guess, but he ought to have been mentioned. :hmmm:

Interesting press release here (inclusive a complimentary cocktail recipe).

Cheers!

It is a good friend of mine (Ryan Magarian) who is the cocktail consultant for this project. He's got an extremely creative eye for cocktails with lots of energy and passion.
