Avatars are back!

We've re-enabled the avatar database for our Members. Please note, however, that all avatars must conform to the copyright and trademark laws, as well as to eGullet.com policy.

Please familiarize yourself with the following before you upload an avatar:

- Our Avatars Policy will explain the basic rules of avatar uploading.

- Note that, with avatars now available, our Signatures Policy prohibits the use of images in signatures.

- Only full Members of eGullet, in addition to staff and contributors, are permitted to use avatars. Please see our Explanation of Membership Levels and Status for further information.
