  I have a few needs that a glass kettle that can boil water within 2 minutes would help me out with.

 Has anyone used or bought one before? I’m still looking at how they charge as that will affect the charging time. 
 

  At that price, I could make ramen with it, tea, tea to turn into iced tea, and also use it to have boiling water to clean with.

Is it really 2 minutes?  From the web site:

And I don't know that I'd want a kettle made of glass holding 6 cups of boiling water.  I might prefer my Cuisinart, which also keeps water at temp for 30 minutes.

MF5, did you notice the small print in the ad? Two minutes is for 500 ml, which would be enough for tea or a small bowl of ramen, but not much else. And I'm not sure what you mean by "charge," as it's a plug-in unit.

honestly I didn’t. So thank you for that. I’d like to find something that independently of a stove can heat a decent amount of water to a boil quickly. 
 

Got caught up in random Amazon ads.
