That hit home. The best tacos al pastor we had in Mexico was in Mazatlan. The place was a scooter rental by day and became a restaurant at night. They even had grandma out front making tortillas. If that wasn't enough to lure you in, the smells would for sure. Thanks for reminding me of that!
