Dunkin' Donuts

Couldn't find a general discussion for this chain so I am starting one.

"Dunkin' Donuts' latest release is quite simply a bag of bacon"

Starting today, Snackin' Bacon will be available at Dunkin' restaurants nationwide.
What's that, you wonder? It's just like it sounds: Eight half-strips of bacon wrapped up in a sleeve.
"Here at Dunkin', we've been working hard to formulate the perfect afternoon pick-me-up and really, what's better than a bag full of bacon?" the company said in a blog post.

Channeling my inner Homer Simpson, I look forward to taking one for the team and trying this snack. :B

I know Adam Chandler's book got big buzz and his side by side on D Donuts  and SB was fun.  Never been to a Dunkin cuz none  around these parts and SB are user friendly.  https://www.seriouseats.com/2020/02/what-is-fast-food.html

I wonder if it will retain its crisp.

The bacon strips in my burgers usually look kinda soggy and no longer crisp (I'm guessing it's bc of being sandwiched between the moist meat, buns and sauces).

And the bacon has to be fried to order and Dunkin can't just pre-fry them.

You gotta try some (with photos) and let us know the quality of the bacon (field research) if possible please.
