Last night's dinner..Steamed tofu, sichuan cabbage, rice and mushrooms cooked in shallot oil..
Also, perhaps not best presented on a platter. But, yeh, my wifes favorite was the cabbage, my favorite was the tofu and we both really liked the mushrooms.. Also, the rice I made was maybe the best I made..
