I really love my Breville PC.
I was late getting home from work tonight. Didn't get dinner started until almost six pm.
But we were eating by 7:10.
Lamb shanks cooked in the Breville PC. Mashed potatoes, steamed green beans and radishes.
ETA: And dessert is served.
