Does anyone have a good recipe for a cocktail using Chinotto? And btw, does the soda have a shelf life. ..found some in the back of the fridge.

Well, everything has a shelf life of some kind! The general rule of thumb for soda is 6-9 months.

No, but I reckon it'd hard to go wrong introducing it to gin. A sort of Dark and Stormy. Might see how it pairs with Campari, although it's possible that would be too much of a good thing.

Like a gin & tonic, 1 part gin and 2-3 parts chinotto.
