Hi all!

 

Happy to become the newest forum member, after stumbling here while looking for steak pictures...

 

Interested and here to share stories about cooking (mostly meat as it is my "hobby" at the moment), wine (I'm also on wb board) and a growing interest in cooking knives.

 

As the title suggests I'm from France so don't hesitate to contact me for French recipes and the like!

Yes, welcome!  Meat, wine and cutlery sound like a great combination of interests; you should fit right in here.

 

Sorry if this seems like a silly question, but what is the wb board to which you refer?  Wine buyers?

^ Sorry that was not clear, it is wine berserkers which I believe is the largest English speaking wine forum.

 

Once my restriction on posting is levied, I'll share some pics of my cooking. I'll also try to be active in the French dining section.

WineBerserkers is a great forum, but not a lot of food talk there. eG will round things out perfectly!
