Where do you get the idea that a carrot and an ear of corn cost ¥6?

While this store is a bit more expensive than some, the produce I posted is only ¥7.98 a kilo! Around $1 USD.

Vegetables are still very cheap in China, although meat prices are rising due to African swine fever.
