my harddrive went without a back-up!

can anyone email the complete Michael Laiskonis Workbook PDF?

I also lost a Valhrona workbook that was Frederic Bau wrote?

Anyone help please

Do you just need the Workbook recipe file or both it and the Notes From the Kitchen recipe file? I have both... along with about 45 individual pdfs from the sites. I think the collection files pretty much encompass the individual files I have but I haven't got around to checking to make sure so I'm still hanging on to them.

It's kinda like wrestling a gorilla... you don't stop when you're tired, you stop when the gorilla is tired.

If someone could please send this to me I would really appreciate it! I'm new to the forum and just found about Michael Laiskonis while reading through some of PaulRaphael's posts. Sadly as many of you are aware, Mr. Laikonis' pdf is hard to find these days...
