No idea I'm afraid, but you can freeze egg yolks after beating in a pinch of salt or sugar to prevent excessive thickening. They are very porous, so store in an airtight container in the freezer, split up of course into the quantities that you will use each time.

Makro/Metro stock both egg whites and egg yolks. I was surprised to find both at a local Asda recently, must be a result of all the televised baking programmes...
