Transport by taxi from Mougins into Cannes (and back) is very easy. It just requires a call to a taxi company, and there are many. And drivers who will take you from Mougins to Cannes, then return for you when you give them a call on the cellphone. Ditto for Mougins --> Grasse, for trips to Chibois. On my return I will post the co-ordinates of a very good local taxi guy.

There are also frequent buses that run from Cannes rail station up into Mougins and then onward to Grasse.
