International European Retailers for Bar Tools

Hi there!

I'm having some troubles getting my search results get to good european retailers

that ships internationally.

What I'm specifically looking for is decently cheap home-bar tools, not your top-end

stuff but feel free to include any good shop for other people that are interrested

BarProducts.com

Somewhere in the range of their stuff, but seeing as it costs more to ship than the products

I was looking for the european version of that one(if possible Sweden)

Shameful bump, none here who's bought bar tools from a european retailer?

Google has given me nothing and I work in the software industry so I'm forced

to master googling... Maybe says more about my skills than google and the non-existant

european bar tools retailers tough but I doubt it!

I skipped Google and went to The Bitter Truth (a German cocktail bitters maker) and searched for where their products are available in Sweden. I ended up at this site (Barkonsult). I've never heard of them, but from clicking around they seem to have a wide variety of bar tools.

Yeah it's pretty much the only site that's swedish but their prices are just insanely high for their cheapest stuff.

Given up on swedish pages when it comes to bar stuff for your home bar. In sweden the 'home bar' culture consists of Galliano hot shots, glögg and 'groggar' as we call em(spirits + random soda mostly ^^) so no need for bar tools there!

Anyhow I'm still on the lookout for a decently cheap european retailer so I'll have a peak on bitter truth wich you mentioned.

Still, if anyone have a cheap european retailer for home-bar stuff, I'd love to hear bout it

Seems like I got some wierd double post...

Anyhow I'm gonna go with http://www.barproducts.com/.

Their page looks like it's from the 90's but I think they'll do fine and the SEK(swedish currency) to USD exchange is in my favor.

I don't speak Swedish (and a Danish bar supplier would have probably have prices at least as high as the Swedish ones), but have you looked at UK sites? Even amazon probably carries some bar equipment, and if you do a search for "bar equipment" and .co.uk, you get a lot of hits, at all price and quality points.

Edit: Have you checked out top collection? If you set your language preference for Swedish, and do a search for bar artiklar, there seems to be a quite a bit, now.

Yeah amazon.co.uk got tons of bar-stuff, sadly none of them ship internationally but only UK mainland...

Googled for several *.co.uk bar sites but none could really compete with the price and the product-range of the american sites, even due to the insane shipping.

Anyhow for future reference if you're just looking for a product or two and want cheap shipping in europe google:

bar products *.co.uk <<< or any sort of site(*.de, *.fr etc)

I'm sacrificing my money on the american site now because I need to get this cocktail-making going! Watching and reading Robert Hess, Dale DeGroff and Gary Regan, cocktail blogs and everything that goes up here on egullets own spirit's forum has taken it's toll!

Enough is enough!

Not in Europe, and a bit more expensive than Bar Products (who only recently started adding the somewhat nicer stuff to their selection), but I think they do ship internationally...
